Based on the answers it will point the visitor to a certain website, location or telephone service. By placing this Chat Bot on every council website, you don't have to rework or replace any existing asset. So this proof of concept could be deployed right away. We will need insight from frontline staff and customer relations teams to develop the script for this chat bot.
