‘Digital skills’ does not mean ‘computer wizard.’ In a fast and technologically-driven world, most jobs require at least basic IT skills – using email, spreadsheets, word processing, navigating websites, uploading pictures, etc. Jobs in the ‘digital’ or ‘tech’ sector require more advanced skills, from knowing programming languages and coding to data analysis and machine learning.
