Some meters show zero consumption, this can be due to a variety of reasons, such as:
• Properties can be in a negative balance, so supply has been cut-off.
• Properties can be in a minor negative balance and may not have activated the emergency credit, so supply has been cut-off.
• Properties can turn the HIU/vPro unit off, so no system usage.
• Properties just have no consumption / usage of the system (voids / vacant / electric showers etc
