Leeds City Council provides data on the value of its social housing assets in accordance with the Local Government Transparency Code.
Please note
- As the value may differ between tenanted sale value and the market value you may want to add a note to say that the market value is a potential value. The publication of this information does not imply an end to tenancy agreements.
