Leeds City Council provides data on the value of its social housing assets in accordance with the Local Government Transparency Code.

Please note

  • As the value may differ between tenanted sale value and the market value you may want to add a note to say that the market value is a potential value. The publication of this information does not imply an end to tenancy agreements.

Dataset guidance

  • Valuation Sub Band - indicates the value band ranges in the post code sector.
  • EUV Total - this column indicates the the Existing Use Value total. EUV is the price at which a property could be sold on the open market assuming that it can only be used for the existing use for the foreseeable future.
