The five West Yorkshire authorities of Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield along with City of York Council are working together to deliver a Gigabit Voucher Scheme (GVS) for the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DDCMS).
