Let’s get digital

Let’s Get Digital is an event for practitioners across Health and Social Care in Leeds.

The event will cover a broad range of topics, from the latest developments in Assistive Technology, supporting service users and patients to gain Digital Skills, a look at how using technology could support the care plan to the launch of the Digital Practitioner Programme, which aims to help practitioners gain the most out of digital in their practice. Explore how you could use digital to support your work and learn about the latest digital developments in Health and Social Care, hosted by Assisted Living Leeds in conjunction with Leeds City Council and the Digital Practitioner Programme.

Workshops will run once in the morning and will be repeated in the afternoon. There will be breaks in between for attendees to visit the stalls in the ‘marketplace’ and to have some refreshments. You can attend as many or as few workshops as you like, or just visit the marketplace which will be open throughout the whole event (9:30-14:30).

The event will be interactive and will involve the use of digital technology, so if you own a tablet, iPad or smart phone, please bring it with you on the day. This event is aimed at practitioners of all levels of digital literacy. Beginners welcome!

Please note: this event is for health and social care practitioners and related third sector workers working in Leeds only. Due to this, your ticket should be booked using your work email address.
