With the UK leaving the EU one of the key issues facing the tech sector is how to ensure data can continue to flow between the UK and EU post-Brexit. The free flow of data is crucial to the tech sector, and many other industries.

There are a number of options available but only one that represents a suitable solution for the entire economy. The UK and EU must seek mutual adequacy decisions, and during the talk Jeremy Lilley, techUK’s Policy Manager, will explain why, what that is and how to go about it.
