Leeds Social Media Surgery helps Leeds-based charities, community organisations and societies to master the mysteries of social media and help raise their profile.

The surgery is a free advice session which people of all backgrounds and abilities are welcome to attend. Surgeons are all volunteers and can offer help and advice on a one to one basis.

Social media can help empower communities and also raise awareness of your work. Yet so many people struggle, and that’s where Social Media Surgeries come in.

The surgery is being run in conjunction with Leeds Live, the new website which brings you the latest news, sport and events updates from around the city, including opinion, liveblogs, pictures and video.
