This month like many other WordPress groups we are going to be focusing on Mental Health with two non WordPress specific Mental health talks by members of our community.

About the talks

Tim Nash – Building a positive workflow
Tim will talk about depression and how it effects him before going through his workflow and tools he uses to deal with well life but specifically getting through work, development and personal development. With the goal of building a positive life but one where things get done regardless of whats going on inside his head.
