Young Rewired State: Hyperlocal Leeds

Young Rewired State is a worldwide community of young digital makers aged 18 and under who solve real world problems using freely available open data. Since 2009, we’ve met up once a year at our Festival of Code to create websites, apps, games, hardware hacks and algorithms. Now, we’re upping our game, and making it our mission to continue to find, nurture and support the next generation of tech talent all year round with Hyperlocal.

The aim of Hyperlocal is to bring together the local tech and creative community of Leeds with the young digital makers of the future to create awesome things with technology, design, code and open data. Simply bring yourself, your laptop (if you have one) and your ideas to start building projects, improving your coding, tech and design skills and making new friends.

As someone aged 18 or under, you can take part as a participant. If you’re over 18 – we’d love you to come along and support the next generation of digital makers as a mentor. The event is totally free to attend.
