Annual Travel to Work Survey

Leeds City Council Annual Travel to Work Survey ran between 6th March 2025 and 18^th April 2025. The survey is the councils primary tool for Travel Plan Monitoring. The survey received a total of 5,194 responses made up of 1,319 responses from Leeds City Council employees and 3,876 responses from employees of other businesses and organisations across the city.

 From the survey data 3979 records were successful mapped to create modal splits for City Centre and Non-city centre based respondents. The Leeds Core and Fringe Parking Zones as defined in the Transport SPD 2023 are used to define the City Centre based staff.
