Leeds City Council provides data on the value of its social housing assets in accordance with the Local Government Transparency Code.
Please note
As the value may differ between tenanted sale value and the market value you may want to add a note to say that the market value is a potential value. The publication of this information does not imply an end to tenancy agreements.
